France and Britain won their group deciders today as round-robin action concluded at the International Wheelchair Rugby Federation European Championship Division A in Vejle.

The French beat Sweden 56-38 to make it three wins out of three in Group A, while defending champions Britain defeated hosts Denmark 63-45 to complete a perfect record in Group B at DGI Huset Vejle.

It means France will play Group B runners-up Denmark in the first of the semi-finals before Britain face Group A runners-up Sweden in the second.

Earlier today, Germany and Poland secured third-place finishes in Groups A and B, respectively.

Germany overcame the Netherlands 70-45, while Poland claimed a 45-35 victory over Switzerland.

Tomorrow's semi-finals will be preceded by the placement matches, which pit Germany against Switzerland and Poland against the Netherlands.

The winners of those games will contest the fifth-place playoff and the losers will meet in the seventh-place playoff.

The tournament's finalists will qualify for next year's Paralympic Games in Tokyo, while the third and fourth-place nations will be invited to the final qualification event, scheduled to be held early next year.
