Powerhouse nation China will be chasing a sixth mixed team title in a row at the Badminton World Federation World Junior Championships set to begin in Russian city Kazan tomorrow.

Team action will take centre stage for the first six days at Kazan Gymnastics Center with the Asian giant chasing a 14th title in all.

China will then hope to dominate the singles and doubles events due to get underway on October 7 and run through until October 13.

However, they missed out on a singles winner in both the men's and women's events in 2017 and 2018.

They have been drawn in Group H1 for the team event alongside opponents Scotland and Norway.

Hosts Russia will contest Group B with Canada, Macau, Hong Kong and Malaysia.

The Junior World Championships are for under-19 players.
