Norway then trounced Ireland 9-2 in the afternoon before Therese Westman's Sweden cruised to a 7-3 win over Chinese Taipei.

Competition is set to continue tomorrow with the penultimate day of round robin play.

Sweden are set to meet Norway in the first fixture in a mammoth clash that will likely decide the Group B winner.
