Deloitte dazzled by Britain's wheelchair basketball stars

December 2 - To mark the 1,000 days to go until the 2012 Paralympic Games in style, Deloitte – the official professional services provider to London 2012 – tonight played a game of wheelchair basketball against players from Great Britain’s men’s and women’s wheelchair basketball squads, which included athletes funded by Deloitte through the Talented Athlete Scholarship Scheme (TASS).











FEI vice-president unhappy after bute reintroduced to sport

November 19 - A major new row over doping in equestrian has erupted after Sven Holmberg (pictured middle), the vice-president of the International Equestrian Federation (FEI), criticised the adoption of a new anti-doping programme that allows the controlled use of the controversial anti-inflammatory phenylbutazone, which was banned 20 years ago.
