A second batch of tickets have gone on sale for the Kraków-Małopolska 2023 European Games, due to be held from June 21 to July 2 this year.

Ticket sales launched on April 12, and a second phase has begun offering fans the opportunity to watch archery, BMX freestyle, beach soccer, beach handball, sport climbing and shooting.

Archery is due to be held at Plaszowianka Archery Park in Kraków, BMX freestyle at the Krzeszowice BMX Park in Krzeszowice, beach soccer and handball at the Tarnów Beach Arena, sport climbing at the Tarnów Climbing Centre in Tarnów, and shooting at the Wrocław Shooting Centre in Wrocław.

Eleven Polish cities and towns are due to host events at the third edition of the European Games.

Most tickets range in price from PLN20 (£3.90/$4.80/€4.40) to PLN90 (£17.30/$21.60/€19.70), with full-day tickets and multi-day passes also available.

A third phase is expected at the start of this month, including tickets for athletics at the Silesian Stadium in Chorzów.

The first three days of athletics is set to be free admission, along with competition in teqball, padel, muay thai and kickboxing.

Tickets for the Opening Ceremony on June 21 at the Henryk Reyman Stadium in Kraków are due to go on sale in mid-May.

Fan zones across the Małopolska region are also planned for the European Games.

A total of 29 disciplines are on the programme for Kraków-Małopolska 2023, with 19 offering qualification opportunities for the Paris 2024 Olympics.

More than 7,000 athletes are expected to take part from 48 countries, with Russian and Belarusian athletes set to be absent because of the war in Ukraine.
